Does your job hire just about anyone?

Some places I go to and they have the dumbest people working there. And I assume it’s because they’re in desperate need of help.

The dumber the better for these companies because if they are dumb, they can finesse them off benefits, labor hours and maybe even pay, for a company owner it's much more in their favor to have dumb workers, mostly if they can get the job done.

Why do you think companies sometimes higher illegals, because they can't snitch, they got no rights and they don't know the laws or rules, finesse

My work tries to hire top people but the pool of applicants is limited so it is what it is.
