Yep, higher than last year at this time. Inflation down my ass. Groceries here are higher too. Real inflation is higher than 11%.
We are double that in Canada, on average $6 per US Gallon for regular gas. That is with the current exchange rate to make it equivalent. I would be more than happy to pay $3.86/gallon.👌
Groceries are up also... as travel costs increase due to gas prices, "COVID" related increases etc.

Gas and food have been excluded from the rate of inflation since the Biden Admin took over. The inflation rate is actually much higher.
Gas in my area just jumped 20 cents per gallon from a week ago. We're at 3.40.
I'm kind of late here. But gas is $1.68 a liter here. So times that by about 3.8. Comes out to $6.38 Canadian. I'm not sure what the exchange is today.

I saw $3.39 a gallon here yesterday in Long Island New York in the suburbs
Last I saw (couple of days ago) it was $4.69 gallon but that's WA state.
