Anonymous(30-35)+1 yCurrently the price of gas around here jumps between $3.99 to $4.99 a gallon. You can get like 10 cents off if you pay in cash... and honestly... that is only if they have any gas to sell at all. So, you like park your car in line and leave it there and take turns going home and getting some sleep and back again hoping that a fuel truck will stop and that they will finally have some gasoline for you to fill your tank. At that point I would pay $10 a galloon just so I could actually drive to work!

+1 yWeirdly inconsistent. Not in the "varying by a few cents each day" way; that I've come to expect. But the last time I got gas, there was another station right across a small residential street, and at the place I got it, it was twenty-three cents per gallon cheaper. That was the base price, not with club memberships or a car wash or anything. And I checked; it was the same octane. Even more bizarrely, both places had customers. The cheaper one was much busier, but there were cars getting gas at both.
12 Reply- +1 y
Why would there be two different prices for gas of the same octane?
- +1 y
@Dchrls78104 That's what I was wondering. The road wasn't a town or county line, and they were both major brand name places (regionally, at least).
+1 yI don't drive a lot right now, but last fill up a couple weeks ago, was 3.95 a gallon.

+1 yIt's down to $2 99 here at most gas stations, some still charging $3.15

All I can say is thank you Joe Biden for closing the pipelines, and stopping the fracking and drilling on Government properties and in Alaska. Thank you Joe Biden this time last year I was paying $1.79 a gallon for gas now $3.29. Thank you Joe Biden for our open borders covid infested illegals and wondering why we're seeing spikes in numbers of cases. Thank you Joe Biden for paving the way for Russia to finish their pipeline it seems you're really worried about the environment by such a move. Thank you Joe Biden for putting us in a position that you have to beg OPEC and Russia to sale us oil now because we're no longer energy independent. I could go on and on for all the things to thank Joe Biden for f****** up but I'll rest my case I think that's enough.
15 Reply- +1 y
Have you thanked Joe Biden for a restarting post-Covid economy yet?
- +1 y
You have a point: thank you Joe Biden for spending trillions and trillions of dollars into special interest groups and to prop up struggling Democratic run cities across the country and creating the illusion that the economy is recovering not by businesses moving to the United States they're leaving in droves not by creating jobs you're not doing that either but by pumping trillions into the economy skewing the numbers for a temporary uptick illusion of economic growth. If you had focused on actually growing the economy instead of propping it up. You could have focused on job growth getting people off of overpaid unemployment benefits so they wouldn't go back to work as opposed to making more money staying at home doing nothing, hell why go back to work when Joe's paying me more to stay at home? Oh yeah the trillions you said will not cost $1 that line of b******* you spread. Hats off Joe Biden you did it again. A monkey could pump trillions of dollars into an economy that has been stagnant and make it appear to trend upward and that its moving forward. Obviously a monkey can do it we have an imbecile that has already done so. Also thank you Joe Biden for your unprecedented mega government spending spree causing the Fed to print endless amounts of money devaluing the dollar throwing inflation through the roof whereas some of us are making choices whether to heat our homes or eat everyday, along with your ever popular transportation issues and shortages of goods on our shelves. Caused primarily by your ludicrous covid restrictions not allowing dock workers to work and when you did finally decide to have doc workers work 24 hours you then restricted truck drivers until we lost 80,000 drivers at minimum with your unconstitutional mandates. You couldn't have picked a better time than Christmas to pull this off. So again hats off middle fingers up you did a shitty job again.

Now that you mention it the governor of Kentucky has been quite outspoken about the lack of assistance from the biden administration since the tornadoes there in Kentucky. So no I'm not thanking him for that one. I'm sure the people who lost their homes lives families businesses and otherwise still waiting for that FEMA aid are the folks that are thanking him for this s***. Get the people some damn help Joe blow

+1 yI live in a state (Iowa) that's is usually lower than the national average of gas but it's still pretty expensive about $3.00 or a little less a gallon. I think it's because we have a oil refinery a couple town away that why gas is low. Also we have E-85 gas for flex fuel cars which is $2.60 but it seems it burns faster then regular.

Yeah my SUV can run longer on just regular gas and less trips to the gas station.
+1 yDid you just ask a question? Oh my. It is $3..32 and that is all bull shit too. They claim more is being processed and oil is down to $60 a barrel and price has not gone down. Crooked mother %$^$%^.

ginseng is good , they kill each other in West Virginia over that stuff. I don't see money in chickens or
pork. My cousin tried hogs , could not make any money. The people you sell them to made money, butchers make money , stores make money, and gov't makes money, but not my cousin. Piglets were cute and their mother would tear your ass up touching them. If human mothers looked out for their kids like hogs , kids would never get in trouble or molested. - +1 y

Opinion Owner+1 yI drive I just haven't this yr. It's complicated. I had a driving accident that totaled my car (other drivers fault). I was carpooling for a bit while I was looking for a new vehicle. Then I had an accident at work came back for one day and had another more serious accident. Had to have surgery. They had me go to a couple pre op appointments. Somewhere in that time I caught covid. So then I had surgery, was put in quarantine in the hospital for 21 days then kept longer for additional physical rehab therapy. Then after a month moved to a physical rehab facility. After I was discharged they had me remain at home and do additional therapy 3 times a week. After I returned my job had new management that decided I was just a physical liability so they terminated me.
So I really haven't had a lot of reason to drive this year. Even if I wanted to at the time I really couldn't physically. Lol
Opinion Owner+1 yYeah. but hey I like to look at the bright side. After that string of bad luck I figure God's bowels are empty. And things can only go upwards from here. 🤣
