This job I’m considering applying at offers this and a bunch of other stuff like emotional, legal and financial programs, 401k, gym membership discounts and so on..

I’ve never seen a restaurant mention or offer all this when they’re advertising themselves but it sounds promising. Also, one of the oldest restaurants in this city. What do you think?

I expect that means online therapy but really I have no idea. It's not unusual for restaurants to offer benefits to their staff. I think you should apply.

I think so too. The company is sisters with other well known restaurants that are great for kids, groups, and have a great rep.

I've known of online therapy for about 4 to maybe 5 years.
I make use of it when I can't make it to my therapist's office.
I did so weekly when COVID was at its worst when everyone was isolating.
My therapist sets up a Zoom meeting, sends me an email invitation, I click on it, voila, therapy.
