How do they spend money so outrageously, if they're only a small-town business owner?

I know a Vietnamese married couple who owns a small nail salon in a small city in Northern Mississippi. Population less than 14,000. The two of them travel to Vietnam together at least 3 times a year, first class. That's like $15,000 a ticket. That's almost $100k a year! They also fly to Las Vegas every few months. The wife buys new Chanel bags every other week. The husband has like 5 Rolex watches. They drive a new BMW.

Engineers in NYC or LA aren't living this lavishly. How the heck are two people, with no high school education, who speak broken English, in a small city in the middle of nowhere, making this much money? Their salon has only 5 seats. This is not a gigantic salon with tens of seats.
