Be enthusiastic.

Learn exactly what they expect of you and figure out how to do it efficiently.

If your boss ever asks for volunteers, be the first one to volunteer even if you aren't sure how to do what they are asking. They'll teach you. Tasks like that are often better than your normal job. And they'll be impressed with your initiative.

I just went through this a year ago. Be friendly and pay attention to detail. Ask questions about anything that you don't understand. Try to remember people's names. Be nice to the IT staff.😄😄
