I am definitely a high achiever and it bores me when I am not challenged

Last time I was a high achiever at work people tried to kill me so I dialed it back a little bit ;)

No just kidding. I DO have a different job now though. I'm at the point in my career where I'm not looking to ever move up again. Work-life balance is far more important to me, which is why I've turned down a few promotions. I do my job, I do it well (enough), but I don't do it anywhere near as enthusiastically as I could. When I clock out it's me/family time. I'm not ever going to worry again about work outside of work.
