What subjects in school that interested you in childhood still interest you to this day?

I always found myself gravitating towards the sciences and social studies subjects from my school years to now.

My interests have changed a lot over the years and I'm not sure there is a single thing I liked in my earlier years that I still like now. I think history might be a bridging point, but I am only interested in certain types of history, which is history with a strong religious literary culture and entertainment culture that survives to this day and isn't specifically European. I've never cared too much about European culture, it seems too different from me.

Philosophy was my favorite subject in college. In my childhood, I think my favorite subject was puppies.
