At work I was waiting for a load and my process lead passes by and says “ you got it made” ?

Should I be offended by that comment I worked hard to get to this and yet I get that comment

First and foremost, I don’t think you should even consider being bothered by comments like this. If you have a good position at work someone will always be jealous or resentful, it comes with the territory, don’t let it steal your shine when you know you worked hard. That’s just my advice in general going forward, but to answer your question specifically, I don’t think that was meant to be an offensive comment. If his work is harder/physical labor and yours isn’t then yeah, that reaction makes sense but it is what it is.

Well his the one who makes my schedule so now I’m worried that it bothers him that I have it made as he says like as if it bothers him or maybe he just said it without meaning anything

Gotcha, well I’ll say this, because you don’t have a fixed schedule, it can change to fit business needs at any point. His comment isn’t relevant simply because he doesn’t change your schedule based on how he feels about you. Legally he can’t even do that, like making your schedule bad because he’s jealous or whatever. That’s what made me personally get a job where hours are permanent, It’s too frustrating worrying about those things.
