What is a respectable job I can get that pays at least $55k/yr with no degree?

I normally work in tech, but the tech job market has imploded and I have been unable to gain another role in tech since. I am normally a web app developer.

What is something I can take on that pays well, doesn't require a 4 year degree, at least somewhat respectable, and doesn't require harsh physical labor?

Just wanted to say I have a stalking conviction, so I am probably limited to what types of jobs I can work.

Depending where you live, freelance legal videographers make upwards of $50/hr. Two of my staff vids make over $70K. The lowest, a noob in his early 20's whose previous work experience was at McD, makes $25/hr and will make $30/hr after he gets past 90 days.

Go to San Francisco -- they'll pay you 70k a year to clean the sidewalks of human excrement. Not the most pleasant job you'll ever have, but it's not very physically demanding, as far as I know.

Can you get a commercial driver's license? You can drive a truck or bus, etc.

I thought about trucking, but my mother despises that idea and discouraging me from doing that.

Can you sell? Work for a car dealership or real estate company, etc.

I thought about real estate, but a friend told me I wouldn't pass the background check due to my stalking conviction.

Where I live you can almost make that working at chik fil e as. I saw a sign offering 24 bucks an hour.

Long story. I lost my virginity to this 16 year old girl when I was 20 and I tried to win her heart. Her dad got mad at me and had me charged.
