Does anyone regret having kids?

i have two. i don't regret having kids but i do miss the freedoms i had. wouldn't trade my children for the world... but do miss many of the pre-children freedom

I guess I didn't mean regret but more like the role. I'm not loving mother hood but I do love my child I just had him he's 4 months and it's the hardest job ever. I can't even return back to work my anxieties are too great

parenting is tough for sure. i can definitely empathize. 4 months requires nearly round the clock parenting (or guardianship) it definitely gets easier from that hands on NEED perspective. hopefully you have a partner/friends/family who can offer support. and know that every day they grow a little more independent. perhaps in time when they are able to be cared for by sitters, daycare, preschool, school, you can return to work

Yes. I'll do my best for them since they're here. But I should have followed through with the abortion I'd chosen with the first rather than listen to other peers.

Based on your other comments. Have you been checked for postpartum depression? A lot of the problems you are dealing with now get better with age. When they get older, there will be new stressors and anxieties, but it does get easier once they have some autonomy.

Yea it was bad before from 2-3.5 months but I have worries
