I feel more tired than I should be because of chronic stress. How do I overcome it?

I have been experiencing chronic stress for a few years, since I've finished school and I've tried different career paths in which I succeeded, I failed, I succeeded and then I failed again. The pressure to settle down and find a linear career and the uncertainty in the world right now makes me stressed all the time and unable to relax more. Therefore, I am more tired than I should be. My mental activity is very intense and it exhausts me. Instead of being stressed about external events, I am stressed by myself and I sabotage my mental peace.

The fact that I am very lonely (being self-employed) and I have no romantic relationship at this point adds to me stress.
