Whichever you have the best grasp of. If multiple languages at equal level, then whichever language more people in your target group understand.

I realize that you're probably looking for a different line of logic. Something more like which language has the most unique words to describe relevant phenomena and experiences. There likely is one. It will probably never rival your own native tongue.

If we are to just point to one then at a whim I'd highlight English.
Main advantages:
1. Frequently spoken in most parts of the world. So instantly relevant.
2. Arguably has the most words of any language today, and by that logic might allow the greatest range of expressing ideas.
