Man, that's cold of your boss to do. I'd be pissed too if I busted my butt and she was flaunting her bonus in front of us. Couple things you could try:
- Next time she brags, just politely be like "we get it, you did well. No need to rub it in though." Call her out without being a jerk about it.
- Talk to your other teammates privately, see how they feel. If you all agree it's messed up maybe go together to HR or whatever and say it's affecting morale. Power in numbers.
- Work on getting a new job! No point staying somewhere the boss clearly doesn't appreciate you. Update that resume and LinkedIn, see what else is out there.
- If she keeps it up you could ask why specifically YOU didn't get a bonus when you worked so hard. Make her explain her reasoning. Might shut her up if she has to justify it.
- Don't let her get to you. Her actions say way more about her crappy personality than about you. Keep doing good work and it'll pay off somewhere else eventually!
Basically don't lose your cool but stand up for yourself and teammates. Stick it to her by doing well without her help. Good luck!
