What do you think about teachers quitting their jobs epidemic?

Most of you know I'm all forbraising achild in a healthy environment but without abusing the child theirs ways to set rulers. One of my friends who happens to be a teacher called me this morning if I could offer her a job opportunity for now to pay for her bills which I will have a save position for her. My friend explained how she will work helping me with inventory while she takes time to look for other job opportunities but that her daysbas a teacher are long gine now She submitted her resignment letter. It got to the point my friends metal health is at risk. Kids no longer have respect for authority figures. This are 8 year old kids we are talking about you would tought they would know better. No excuse an 8 year olds know from right or wrong. My friend has been not disrespected but HARASS! to the point she was at the ER a kid threw at laptop at my friend and only because my friends ask this kid to put away his pockemon cards. By this kids throwing her texts books at her face breaking school property using profanity. Yet she has Karen parents yelling saying that their child is the best. I mean it's hell, No wonder a lot of teachers are quitting their jobs. One kid punch the principal because that child refuse to put hisbphone away. Parents are wanting to be thier childs friend instead of the parent. In my day if I dare disrespected a teacher my parents would had smack me a cross the face.

People are always like "you can't smack your kid." What they fail to take into account is I am more than willing to smack your kid. So when they do dumb shite we can play FAFO and they're not going to like how it pans out. These "do as they may" parents are setting up their emotionally entitled kids for a world of suck when they turn 18 and get popped in the mouth.

Kids and parents have too much power. Teachers are being told to back down on grades and discipline.
The right is calling teachers pedophiles and groomers.
The left is calling for less strict discipline policies.
Special ed students and their parents sometimes game the system. (not all, but enough to make it annoying)
New teachers are often given the classes none of the experienced teachers want

The far right has been trying to attack public education for 40 years but has been hitting a wall with community support keeping it propped up. However they have finally cracked the code with putting nuts on school boards to complain about crt and Trans issues, promoting school shootings, and further underfunding.

You seriously believe its okay to attack people? In the medical field they also have a policy standers. Boy you haven't even graduated college what are you going to know you must be a highschool senior or a freshman in college.

The truth is I hadn't read the full description of the question. I mean, adults are very disrespectful, children today are not as stupid as those of before, I wish I had had the courage of those children to put those teachers in their place.
