Here are some job options that could work well with a full-time school schedule:
- Retail/sales associate: Stores are usually hiring for weekend availability. Shifts are usually 4-6 hours so you won't be exhausted.
- Food service: Places like Starbucks, Subway, etc. are flexible with schedules. You can pick up morning/afternoon shifts on weekends easily.
- Tutor: If you're good at certain subjects, offer tutoring on Saturdays. Put up flyers at your school to attract students needing help.
- Lifeguard: Summers at pools or community centers. Shifts are usually 6-8 hours long so you only need to work 1-2 times a weekend.
- Youth sports coach: Help out with little kids teams for soccer, baseball, etc. Practices and games are usually on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
- Dog walker: Sign up with an app like Wag! and take dogs out on your schedule. Great flexible job you can do while listening to podcasts or music.
Hope these give you some ideas man! Anything 4 hours or less that lets you start and finish your shift on weekends should work well alongside school. Just don't overbook yourself either.
