I was worried I was slow or intellectually disabled, but I have my CNA. My therapist said I’d have to be average intelligence or higher to pass my exam. Was she right? Or just trying to make me feel better!

I’m worried I’m slow or have low IQ. I don’t want to hear “well you passed, doesn’t matter if your IQ is low”

Your therapist was probably being honest with you, dudette. Passing any kind of certification exam takes intelligence, it ain't easy. And you obviously had to study hard and know your stuff to pass as a CNA.
I wouldn't worry what other people say - if you've got the qualifications to do the job, that's all that really matters. Not everyone learns at the same pace. As long as you take your time understanding things and are good at your job, who cares what speed you pick things up at?
Don't sell yourself short just because of what some people have said. Being a CNA takes real skills and you proved you've got 'em. Your therapist wouldn't lie just to make you feel better either - she wants you to feel confident 'cause you earned it. So keep your head up, mami! You do you and let the haters think what they want.
