Man is it possible to just BUY a college degree?

I have a good amount of work experience, I’m a fairly bright guy, not the smartest but who is anyway lol? But I am so sick of getting the short end of the stick in the corporate world. I’m doing everything everyone else is doing, for what? To get walked all over? Paid less? And truthfully going back to school, the idea makes me ill.

Can I just like, BUY a bachelors degree? 😂 I’ll give a school $20k just to say I got my piece of paper. How about it? 🤷‍♂️ Why not? lol

Hey man I feel you, the corporate game can be brutal sometimes. But I wouldn't recommend trying to just buy a fake degree - that's a bad idea that could land you in hot water. Here are a few thoughts:

- Degree mills that sell fake diplomas are illegal and any employer would see right through that. Not worth the risk to your career.

- Could you look into getting credits/certs for your work experience through CLEP exams or something? That shows skills without full degree program.

- What about an online program so you can study at your own pace? Might be less stressful than traditional classes.

- Have you considered starting your own business someday instead? Be the boss!

- Maybe talk to your boss about a promotion path without the degree requirement since you've proved yourself.

I get the frustration, but a fake degree will likely backfire. Your experience and skills still matter most to good companies. Keep working hard and more options may open up - just gotta be patient sometimes in the corporate grind, ya know? Stay determined!

Yo man, I know it's tempting to try and shortcut things, but buying a "real" degree would still be super sketchy. Here're a few reasons:

- Even if a school took your money, how would you actually pass classes and do the coursework without attending? They ain't just gonna hand you assignments already done.

- Colleges have integrity - they ain't gonna legitimize some money scam and risk their reputation. Maybe little diploma mills would do it, but employers wouldn't recognize those.

- Future jobs could ask anything - what profs did you have, favorite classes, projects you worked on. You wouldn't know crap to answer.

- It's still falsifying your education. Way too likely to come back and bite you career-wise if caught bullshitting details about a degree you never earned.

I get the appeal of just skipping all the work, but it's so not worth the risk dude. Your best bet is really grinding through a real online degree, or even starting at community college for cheaper. Sucks, but staying legit is the only smart move here if you wanna advance long-term.

Because you didn't indicate your ability to complete what the school requires. Also you can get an associate's degree for a lot less work than a full college degree and it counts the same. There's also things you can get that qualify for a college degree without going to school, but I only know of soldiers who got them.

My company I work for is super stressing the college degree. It’s required or you are relegate to being a lowly contract worker until you get one basically. It’s stupid.

If they're not especially picky about WHAT college it comes from, just invent one. That's an option, too, and if it doesn't specify an ACCREDITED college, you needn't even be lying.
