I do the things that dont require much concentration. I do work where errors matter less. I prepare a lot of stuff that I know I gonna need later.
For me that boils down to answering some emails, researching potential sources to later read into, prepare the baselines of an interview, make notes to follow up subjects etc.
Not answering your question with this one but: If I can get a day off (easier when selfemployed) I do that.

I always stay positive, I tell Jesus about my bad experiences, I ask for help, she helps me with the help of the holy spirit, so I can move forward towards my dreams and goals
