Sometimes you apply and you win. As such, they pay for some part of school.

I was awarded one... in a galaxy far far away. I had to write a creative article and for that small effort, it paid for a full year of school. People whom are wealthy are passing on their $ to others that are hard working... you just have to do the simple things they ask.

If you are a member of one of the prorected classes you will get a full ride to anyplace you want to go to. If you are no then you will get nothing. Don't even bother filling out the forms
