It should be "Is Cambly a good option to learn English?"
And yeah apps like that where you can chat to native speakers is probably a good idea to help learn the language. You can also use more English websites (like GaG), read books in English and watch English movies to help get more immersed in the language.

I have some books but I dont think that helps me a lot
I think make some friends like native or fluent English speaker could help me
Cause i think it is really hard to learning this way (reading books or watch movies..)
Or maybe I did all it wrong way
watch movies/series with subtitles
read books in original (start with children's books)
