I can understand normal talks like podcast but when someone speaks clearly. I used to listen Mark Manson's podcasts while when
I Do cardio." but my vocabulary is too weak" <- like that sentence I can't find the right word or article/phrase/idioms etc. And I need translate that but even tho I don't feel it's the what I meant to you/someone

You could use a thesaurus to improve your vocabulary but make sure you understand the context of the suggested word. Good English isn't about using the longest word, it's about being clearly understood.

If you can combine a study text with a conversational exposure I'd think that would allow you to hear & speak and if you had questions after use the text to look up

And after all the positive commends to my question I bought a book written in English which name is "the 7 habits of highly effective people "
And I started to read so I can understand the book I still struggle some words and some I don't now how natives called it - phrases, idioms. and I make grammer mistakes
