How do you treat autistic coworkers?

Like any other coworkers. Sometimes you just have to repeat or explain an instruction a second time and wait for them to go start the task, but otherwise there's nothing else about them that has to be different.

It would depend on their personality. Not all autistic people have the same personality.

I would include them unless they have disruptive behaviour problems.
