As long as they do their job well. I don't give a shit what a person looks like or much of their personal beliefs and outlooks on life, as long as they do the damn job they were hired for and do it well, and their personal shit doesn't get in the way of them or anyone else there doing their job! Leave your personal shit at the door!! Pick it back up on your way out at the end of the day! If you're a guy and you wanna show up wearing a pair of fake tits and a mini skirt, fine!! As long as it doesn't keep anyone from doing their job! (I can't really turn that around because girls already wear any god damn thing they want.)

depends on what the job is. if it's physical or where looks matter i wouldn't. if it's something where being fat has no or minimal impact on performance and they are a good candidate, then i'd hire them
