Would it be wrong if I quit my job, and put the company in a very tough position?

I've worked for a commercial cleaning company. I told them when they started that I can't work weekends. They agreed. A call woke me up this morning. Sunday morning. We are short staffed, so my boss asked me if I could work and start cleaning this new 3 story site we got a contract with. It'd an office building. They wanted us to clean it today because the contractors left behind a mess. So anyways, my boss was really short with me. I think its because she asked me to look in the janators closet, and tell her what supplies we needed. I said we had everything, but I forgot about some, because we hardly ever needed them at any of the other sites. It was a plunger and one of those big push brooms. I was just so overwhelmed, and she knows I have autism. I felt disrespected, because if I didn't agree to work on a weekend, they would be fucked. I just feel like quiting. I'd put in my two weeks notice. I just hated working here, and this was my last straw.
