I currently am working a full time job, pay is ok to start, i'm still learning but i'm always on time, I finish paper work, I ask for feed back, I work hard, I have gotten a lot of assignments and projects done correctly for the most part. For some reason my supervisor is an asshole, he's not very helpful, he lacks communication at times and tries to belittle me. Now I am not someone who tolerates rude behaviour from someone at work. But honestly I'm on the verge of quitting. Financially i've paid of all my debts, I live rent free at home for the time being and plan to get another job that has better opportunities. This job seems like a dead end job with no growth and I don't get the respect I deserve. It's not easy finding someone who is hard working, reliable, punctual and open to constructive feedback. But this asshole douche at work is someone I despise. How would you handle the situation if you worked hard at a job but someone does not have good communication, said your ideas are horrible and is not someone you like approaching for questions. In this scenario would you quit?

I'd say to keep as good of an attitude as you can in spite of the circumstances. I would be looking for another job I think. But I wouldn't quit until I got a job offer elsewhere. Just my two cents.
I would definitely seek a better job opportunity. But I might not quit until I had a solid offer for new job. I'm not sure, though. I don't know your circumstances. If you are positive that you can get a better job, you might take a vacation before seeking new employment.
