Depends what you consider to be "having your 💩 together." I'm not rich in my mind per se, but I have close to a 7 figure net worth. You would never know it by the way I conduct myself, though (which is one of the reasons I have that net worth). So, to answer your question, BOTH. I always have a goal to achieve. But I'm also just living life.
