My boss can throw some nasty accusations before she realizes she's the one who is in the wrong.
She changed a system and added in another department to have this also.
She asked me to order more supplies for the new department wanting them.
I told her we don't have these ones in the office.
Then she accused me of not keeping stock. It turns out she wants more product similar of the stock we dont have.
I'm so tired of her accusing me of things before she goes over them and throwing childish tantrums at me.
I've gone to management but they won't do anything about it.
So fed up with her.
Should she apologize to me?
AI Opinion
AskIt sounds frustrating to deal with such misunderstandings. While an apology from your boss would be ideal, some people may not realize their behavior is harmful or may not apologize readily. Focus on maintaining clear communication. Document your interactions, including requests and your responses, to protect yourself. Politely clarify misunderstandings immediately. If the behavior continues, consider discussing the situation with HR or seeking a mentor’s advice within the organization. Prioritize your well-being and professional boundaries.
