What part of your job do you hate the most?

For me, I hate building forms for people who have the capability of doing it themselves.

I let my mo ey work for me today but when I was in Corporate life, I hated what I called the Corporate Politician. These are people who make a living doing little for the company, the consumer or the Stock Holders.

They would have lunch with someone different everyday, growing the internal network, causing trouble for those doing the real work, undermining people so they could get their job etc. They were horrible and worthless to boot. The only good thing about them was when times were tough, they could be laid off as they didn’t actually do much.

It's dealing with people who think they are better than you because they have degrees or doctorate, yet are so incredibly computer illiterate that they should not own a computer ever. Their condescension is comical.

I'm like bitch I have 24 years experience doing what I do, along with 56 industry standard IT certifications. I could care less if you're a doctor, or an accountant, I can and will make you look stupid. I never do it because I'm professional, but goddamn I hate some of them. Just because you spent half a million on your degree doesn't make you better than me.

Dealing with the public and incompetent managers.

It's crazy how often someone comes to me and acts like I own the business, set the policies, prices, or whatever. There is literally zero point in complaining to me. I just work there.

Manager was lazy and forgot to make the schedule? Better guess if you work tomorrow and you better be available, because it's your fault if you miss the shift! Manager forgot run a high balance report to make sure people's credit cards work? I can't believe you've been providing service to someone who's card was deactivated 3 weeks ago!

the endless hours.
We aren't supposed to work more than 48 hours straight, but vacations, family emergencies, someone gets sick or hurt and there you are 96 hours into yet another 120 hour week with 12 hours off and you are back on shift.
