So I’ve never worked as a bdc at any dealership I recently juts got interviewed for a receptionist position for Mercedes Benz and bro it didn’t sound to bad From what this lady was describing. Also damn was my interviewer so fine she almost distracted me from what I was there for m but I digress. So basically she was telling me that I’ll be setting appointments but the really me only comes from the commission so I get 10$ per appointment if im setting depending on if the car gets sold by the salesman’s I set the appointment with I’ll get an extra 35$ on top of that so 45$ dollar commission all together doing the math that’s a lot of extra cash flow even if I’m being realistic like five of the cars Fer sold that I set an appointment for out of let’s say 20 appointment all those that’s a very low number. that an extra 200$ to my paycheck since I’ll be doing full time. But she said the lowest some of her reps are making their per month is about 2k and the highest is 5k not on a consistent basis she did say sometimes but still even on a pretty low end that’s a lot ! I’m disposed to get a call back to set up and interview with the GM so hopefully that goes well!
