you should spend no more than 30min studying at one time, no point doing more than that. Do 30 minutes and have a break for 20 or 30 minutes, and just keep repeating the cycle depending a your daily schedule.

Don't force yourself to study for 3 to 4 hours solidly, cause you are setting yourself up for failure, you will get tired, and won't return. Plus you will start feeling like a failure because you can't reached to goal of studying for 3 hours.
