I failed at skiing the first and only time that I tried it because my balance at the time was not very good and physically. I'm sometimes a little bit clumsy and awkward and those two things are enough to ensure failure in this difficult situation. I also got hurt rather badly. I made the mistake of depending on another person who said she was going to teach me how to ski but wasn't all that good. A skier herself and took me to a ski area that I had absolutely no business beyond as a beginner. The whole experience was so bad that I have never gone to the snow again since then and I have never even contemplated learning to ski since this one Terrible experience. I learned two things col First of all, not engage in sports that are likely to not be compatible with my own physical abilities and I also learned to not rely on people that I fundamentally don't trust to help me with things or teach me anything because they have an opportunity to humiliate or injure me and as happened in this case they sometimes will take advantage of that.

This just happened yesterday when after all our efforts my team couldn't make the cut with a client. On a professional level, we did learn what not to do, and what to look for while approaching certain clients. It is important we do our research and study client emotions intricately. On a personal level, I think what was important was that we don't take failures as a judge of our abilities. We don't let them define our personality and our approach to future prospects and things we do in life.
