IIs it normal to not have a day off as a manager?

I work as a kitchen manager at a convenience store, so there's a store manager, kitchen manager, and then an assistant store manager. We have 7 people who work in kitchen and there's always a call in and people not willing to pick up hours. I'm exhausted from working 60+ and never having a full day to recooperate. I'm literally there more than the store manager is and wayyy more than the assistant manager. Am I just in the wrong line of work or is this unacceptable?
