Taking care of my elderly disabled father.

It’s the only thing I’ve ever done that I could call “rewarding” and that I’m happy to do.

I also can’t complain about sleeping til I wake up everyday, especially since I play hockey, and the games are late at night, plus you’re all jacked up on adrenaline afterwards. I feel bad when my teammates are like “I gotta be up 5 AM” and it’s 11:30 at night”, and I’m like “I’ll probably get up around 10:30, 11”😅 I live in New England, but I live on West Coast time😝

So just being basically on-call for my dad, and the rest of the time I live like I’m retired, I play hockey, work out, go fishing, etc. Not sure I’ll ever be able to have a real job again😂
