So I’m a practical nurse and work with a bunch of psws but most of them seem to dislike me. I think one of them spread rumours about me. At first everything was okay, then one day, I just felt attacked and then left out. So I told supervisor to change me to different unit because it moght be language differences. So the supervisor talked to them. And now the coworkers prob call me a snitch, and spreading it around. I did not say anything bad about them but just that I wanted to go to a different unit. It's tough to feel disliked at work, especially when rumors are involved. Consider having an open conversation with your coworkers to clear misunderstandings and express your feelings calmly. Show empathy and try to understand their perspective. Building rapport can gradually improve your work environment. Meanwhile, maintain professionalism and focus on the quality of your work. If the situation remains unchanged, seeking advice from HR could be beneficial. Remember, preserving your mental well-being is important, so engage in activities outside of work that bring you joy and relaxation.
