I saw an ad up for my company, my position. Meaning?

This clearly points that they're going to get rid of me and replace. When I told them I saw the ad and asked why, they replied they're not in the position to comment. What does that mean

Look for another job. You should always be looking anyway. It might not mean anything. But then again it might. But you should never stop looking.
