I've been working for 15 years at various Companies.
Type 1 Boss -Whenever I start working for a new company, The Boss says :
" Ask everything to me even if you know the answer"
Type 2 Boss - In an another company
The Boss told me :
" You are not authorized to do anything."
Then I said " OK" And I began to ask everything including the things that I already knew to him - just as he requested.
Then we had a meeting and he critised me for asking for every detail. Then I was fired.
For the Boss type 2 " I did not do anything on my own" because I wasn't given any authority from beginning.. Then I was fired as well.
I find it difficult to hold a job in these conditions.

It sounds challenging. Communication is key with such expectations. When encountering a new boss, clarify what they mean by "ask everything." Is it about learning the company's culture or specific procedures? Explain your past experiences where asking too much caused issues. Also, observe colleagues to understand unwritten norms. During meetings, ask for feedback, ensuring your approach aligns with the boss's expectations. Consider finding workplaces with clear communication and support where your skills and independence are valued.
But instruction was so clear and weird.
" Ask EVERYTHING" even if you know the answer " he told me.
Everyone knows the exact difference between" NOTHING" and "EVERYTHING"
