Why does my new boss keep asking me?

I started my new job a week ago
But lately my new boss keeps asking:
"How do u feel?"
"Is this job what u really wanna do?"
"Is there any questions u want to ask, let me know please"
"Are u ok with your whole job role and descriptions?:

Why does she keep asking me those questions the last few days?

She wants you to be happy in this job

There are two possibilities:

1. She's a good boss and wants to make sure her employees (especially new ones) are okay. OR

2. Her job is in jeopardy, and she wants to make sure that you, the person she just hired, are a good worker that makes her look good to upper management.

Maybe she actually cares about her employees? Usually bosses only give you shit, but never compliment you or care.
