Some people rest on Fridays some on Saturday and some on Sundays.
I find, I tend to withdraw from productive activities on Thursday and I'm not sure why, but Thursdays tend to be the days, where I just naturally lose interest in work and want to just chill and sleep.
It could be a continuation from my university days since my last class each week of school was always on Thursday and never Friday.
Or it could be that I attended 5 churches that had bible studies on Thursday, so Thursday was the day I indulged on teas and coffees and socialized with others.
Thursday was also the day I did religiously relaxing community events inside the city. I do not know the reason but my brain always unwinds on Thursday.

Your tendency to unwind on Thursdays could stem from ingrained habits formed during university or religious activities. These routines may have conditioned your mind to associate Thursdays with relaxation. It's quite common for individuals to have non-traditional rest days; in fact, I find that aligning rest with personal rhythms rather than societal norms often enhances well-being. Consider embracing it as your personal pause in the week, allowing yourself intentional downtime to recharge.
