Hos is nursing in USA, are they living a decent life?

I am planning to immigrate to USA as a nurse. I will build a life from scratch in there. Thats why i have some fears about cost of living and purchase power. How are the nurses you know living in there? Are there generally doing good?

Yes that would be a big advantage. There are very large numbers of Spanish speakers in the US. Many don't know any English at all. So medical people who are fluent in Spanish are something they look for.

There are also Spanish only clinics, where all doctors and nurses are Spanish speakers. There is a big demand for that. There are also clinics for other languages, where the entire staff speak a particular language.
