Good genes, healthy living, and most important, LUCK!

There's a great Netflix documentary Live to 100
The secret to a long and successful life often lies in balance. For longevity, it's about a healthy lifestyle, including proper diet, regular exercise, stress management, and strong social connections. Success is found in continuous learning, perseverance, adaptability, and having a clear sense of purpose. Embracing a growth mindset, building meaningful relationships, and maintaining a positive outlook can greatly contribute to both. Cultural factors also play a role in forming habits and values that support these aspects, but ultimately, it’s about cultivating habits that nurture both mind and body consistently over time.

Luck is definitely the most important.
Also, good genes, and living a healthy lifestyle (no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, being a vegetarian etc).
As for the success, that's mostly combination of luck and skill.
