The position I am in has a high turnover rate. My boss and many co workers are out of the office, take suck days/PTO. There is on gong changes that we all can't keep up with! MGMT continues to add more tasks to our already over work load, while also increasing the Goal! We have been on mandatory Over time since April. Most of us are burnt the fuck out.

Oh yikes. I can understand. That's how it was when I worked for the state but yes it indeed it does sound like a toxic work environment.

Yes, we are over budget for letting too many migrants in. Now we have to take several Furlough days!! With no pay!!!
