7 moNo. I'm happy being in control of my workload, the projects I choose to work on, who I choose to work with, and able to come and go as I please. Money is not an issue so, it's really about choosing interesting (to me) stuff to be involved in. The stuff that people bring to me tend to be very interesting problems. And I have lots of freedom to do whatever I want in my private life. I can't imagine anything being much better.

I recently did so I wouldn’t want to change again do soon
Unless we’re talking about working something totally unrealistic
In that case there’s a few jobs I would trade mine for yeah10 Reply
Anonymous(25-29)7 moI think the grass will always be greener on the other side, to some extent. I wouldn't change my current job, but I do fantasize about a career that makes more money sometimes. I did have a job that made me more money, but I was lacking the creativity and freedom I currently have. So, no, but sometimes yes.

I enjoy my current role immensely, as it allows me to combine my passion for education and career development with my expertise. Every day presents new opportunities to assist others in achieving their goals, which is both fulfilling and rewarding. While I continuously seek personal and professional growth, I find great satisfaction in my current job, so there's no urge to change it.

7 moNope , I’m happy.
I have some great colleagues , always varied and interesting projects / workloads and I work with some great companies and partners
I could see myself taking on a lesser role within the same company when I get closer to retirement but no , assuming my choice I’m here till I retire.10 Reply- 316 opinions shared on Education & Career topic.
7 moIt's complicated. I have it pretty good with minimal supervision of my work, flexibility of hours, OK salary. But I dont feel fulfilled. But then inhavemt been in any of my previous roles either, not sure I can think of a job where in would feel fulfilled, and/or could earn same as I do now. I need to earn for my family. Can't take pay cut

Mine's contract is ending in February so I have to change. Currently I'm thinking if I should become a high school teacher, no sure though, the salary is very good (6k-9k) but its psychologically draining. Sadly the field I studied hardly offer any alternatives

7 moWell I'm gonna quit my job soon to take care of my baby full time. After my kids are older, I'll probably go back to being an art director because I really like it.
10 ReplyI work part time in coffee shop. I would not change it now I really like it there. But after school I will find something better can't imagine to do that my whole life.

7 moYes. I am self employed and I do all the time. Currently I'm juggling being a contractor, construction specialist, and I'm trying to start a plant nursery/flower shop by the spring.

Anonymous(36-45)7 moIn a heartbeat. I'm sick of these people. They make unanimous decisions in the name of "business needs" without consulting us first. They just want warm bodies in seats. They don't care about us as people.
