What's ONE thing you'd change about your job if you could?

I know that we all have things we disagree with at our place of employment. However, what would be ONE thing you'd change if you could? For me, I would REQUIRE management to speak with us before making schedule changes. Presently, management makes changes to people's schedule without consulting them first. They disguise it as "oh, it's for business needs." It's not our problem that we're understaffed. Anyway, what about you?
