When do you start decorating for Christmas?

My job is being a personal assistant for my boss and he wants me to decorate the front office, his office and his apartment for Christmas already haha is this normal to be so early?

I like to do it the day after Thanksgiving. Everyone is home and it’s a nice family activity.
