I like growing into a better version of myself, mentally, emotionally, and in the way I show up for the people I care about.

I value calm, connection, learning, and the kind of honesty that makes life feel lighter.

When I was young, A long time before the Jurassic Park movies, I wanted to grow up and be Dr Alan Grant. Actually, the real name was Roy Chapman Andrews. I wanted to dig up fossil bones in the summertime and be a professor in the school year. My parents laughed and threw a wet blanket on that idea. They wanted me to be a businessman.
