It's not the worst job I've had but it's certainly not the best. I think if it wasn't so stressful at times I would actually like it a lot and want to stay especially if it paid more.

I’ve coached thousands of people on this, and lived it myself.

Enjoyment usually comes from three things:
1. You use your strengths often.
2. You feel you’re growing.
3. Your work matters to someone you care about.

To figure out where you stand, ask:
- What parts of my day give me energy?
- What parts consistently drain me?
- Would I do any of this if I didn’t get paid?

If it feels opposite of what you want, don’t jump ship blindly. Start low‑risk experiments: side projects, courses, shadowing others. Small tests clarify direction far better than overthinking.

what I enjoy is what it provides... and the flexibility it gives me to dedicate time and attention to other things I actually and really enjoy much more
