when I was a kid I wanted to be as astronaut and it was not jut a dream, I joined Air Force ROTC in college with the intention of becoming a pilot and hopefully join the space program. After my first year I could not pass the eye test and was dropped fron the prgram.

Later, I worked as an IT manager at a local college and taught a couple of night courses. I always said that if I had to do it all over again I would come back as a college professor. A different college advertised for a computer science professor and I applied for the position and I was hired.

Working in a record store, record pressing plant or on radio.
Maybe doing stand-up.

I also do other side jobs for fun... it is also making me good money... so also my dream job. but can't do both equally.
