Start with small goals and stay consistent. remove distractions, and get started. Remember your goals.
how do i stop smoking i feel like anytime i get overwhelmed with studying i have to go out to smoke and it wastes time it’s like a packet a day
I once heard a math teacher telling a fellow student that sucess equals 10% potential + 90% work, then he told her and you have the potential.
Focus on what you want and which way you have to go.
I’m Advisor Smith. I’ve seen this a lot, and it’s rarely “laziness”; it’s habits, emotions, and environment.
Try this, very practically:
1. Tiny daily goal: 25 minutes of focused study (Pomodoro), then 5–10 minutes break. Do 2–3 rounds.
2. One subject per block: remove phone, close extra tabs.
3. Plan tomorrow tonight: 3 concrete tasks, written down.
4. Study with output: explain what you learned on paper or aloud.
5. Track wins: short log of what you finished each day.
Consistency beats motivation; start embarrassingly small, but daily.
