I find dry people and those that seem always uninterested to be boring types of people. It is hard to be cheery and bubbly when the person opposite you is as dry as an unused dish sponge. Then there are the ones that just give off a vibe like they can't be bothered.

Either they actually can't be bothered or they just give off that impression. To me either is boring and not worth trying to engage.

I always say there is no boredom, only boring people. Sadly, some people are just wired that way. The only hope is to step out of your comfort zone and reinvent yourself. No easy task, but it is possible.
